You will also need to provide clear, high-resolution photographs showing the defect from various angles. Additional images may be requested to accurately assess the item. Furthermore, please include proof of purchase, as only items bought directly from Lovely&Co are eligible for warranty consideration. Upon receiving your submission, Lovely&Co reserves the right to evaluate the validity of the claim based on the provided evidence. If the claim is approved, we will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or an alternative solution, depending on the nature of the defect and the availability of similar items. Please note that refunds are not offered for warranty claims, except in exceptional circumstances that are expressly confirmed by Lovely&Co in writing. Any shipping costs associated with the warranty claim process are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
